Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It is used across our entire organization. It basically takes care of all our HR Needs!
  • My paycheck is always correct.
  • I have never had a misunderstanding or error.
  • Provides me with easy to find Vac, sick & holiday hours.
  • I haven't tried their mobile app yet.
  • Everything is laid out in an easy to navigate way.
  • I can't think of any, that's the beauty of Rippling, I don't have to constantly worry about anything!
  • My pay is always correct.
  • Nice display dashboard.
  • Peace of mind.
I found Rippling much easier to use and never had a single error, with ADP I would have to switch back and forth through different portals to find Pay or Vacation. ADP was not user friendly.
Because of the peace of mind Rippling gives me.

Easy to use, less of a headache than any other systems I have used in the past.
It's well suited for companies that don't have a huge HR department, so much is handled by Rippling services. As soon as I open my dashboard I know right where to go to find almost everything and if I can't find it the easy-to-use help sections will solve about any problem that can possibly come up, this was displayed very much during the Covid crisis. Great system!
