Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

One stop HR shop! We leverage Rippling for payroll, benefits, time off, onboarding automation, task assignment, employee data management, etc. We are also planning to use Rippling as our org chart tool. Right now we use a separate tool that requires the same data that we will soon have in Rippling. Since the org chart is automatically created in Rippling, we can remove that separate tool, workflow, and cost.

Our HR team reviewed multiple tools but Rippling stood out to us as the most appropriate choice given the size of our org, expected growth, the size of our HR team (very small!) and their expected tasks, integration capabilities (for current and future tools), the ease of setup and designing workflows for tasks like onboarding and benefits enrollment, and the reporting capabilities.
I have not worked directly with Rippling support but our HR team has been provided the support they need in a timely manner when questions arise. I know they also leverage our Rippling rep for questions and support as well. The on-demand resources provided by Rippling often provide answers to the questions we have as well.

As a user it is really seamless. Having everything in one place vs using multiple tools is really helpful as well - meaning I have one tool for payroll, requesting time off and elect/change benefits. Every workflow I have needed to go through has been intuitive and fast.
Triggering and tracking onboarding, payroll, benefits enrollment (so simple!). For example: In the past, we handled all onboarding tasks manually. We sent individual emails to new hires with links and attachments for items they needed to complete. We have grown immensely in the past two years and our manual processes became unsustainable - they could not scale. Now we can use Rippling to manage new hire tasks, automate data collection, and report on progress.
