Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to manage PTO, health benefits, employee growth plans, and messaging the team. Rippling makes it easy to request time off to see the PTO you have accrued as well as to message the team regarding off time. The platform also makes selecting your insurance policy through the company painless and quick.

Very user-friendly and easy to comprehend the platform.
The best part of Rippling for me is the ease when requesting PTO and seeing how many PTO hours I have logged. The health insurance plan options are comprehensive as well and easy to pick which one is best suited for me.
