Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I have used ADP with ZipRecruiter which is how I hired my office manager who has been with ne for 5 years. This was complimentary and I had at least 5 qualified applicants and over 25 applying in a matter of days.
Organization: PCM Associates Ltd. I am able to manage my own payroll from anywhere. I just need my log in. My employees can view their data as well. Also I am able to manage the 401l plans that I advise. Some problems are making updates because both payroll and retirement need to be in sync. If there is an issue the back office team readilly assists.

This frees up my time and answers questions that I may not know or have time to address. They are able to download their w_2 and review their pay and deductions for year end planning.
ADP is very predictable in their cost and services. I did not see this beeing the case with Paychex as their cost increased without notice and constant attempt at selling other services.

RUN Powered by ADP is suited well for small businesses because it is cost-effective. The cost is very competitive and is standard. Very few times are there extra fees or costs. I always know what my monthly expenses are to be. The price is very competitive for a small business while dealing with a major company. I am always able to reach a live person if necessary. I would like the ability to correct it within 24 hours.

Using RUN Powered by ADP®

12 - They represent both payroll and the 401K features.
2 - We have one person that handles the payroll function which is part of their office management. The skills are basic since many of the features are intuitive.
The second person handles the 401K side reviewing plan contributions and investment returns. A series 7 license is required for this and works well within the system.

Any issues that come up are quickly resolved. All of the data is there to review. The live help is awesome with little or no wait time. There is great follow up with issues that need to be resolved.

Evaluating RUN Powered by ADP® and Competitors

Yes - Paychex Payroll because the pricing was not consistent. Changes were made with no notification.

The cost was very competitive. The ease of use was very important as well as the access to data. On the 401k side all data was mapped over and the transition was seemless.
I could have reviewed others but was satisfied with our analysis. All concerns were addressed.

Yes, during the 5500 testing they needed to correct information from payroll that I was not able to do. While on the line with 401k they contacted a payroll rep immediately we discussed the needed change, and it was immediately implemented. No wait, no repeats, and a result.
They are very responsive with little or no wait time. I have not needed to follow up as they get back to me until it is resolved.

The use by employees, and employer alike is very smooth. Very little training is involved as most of the functions are integrated and intuitive. The follow up on training is minimal at most.

RUN Powered by ADP® Reliability

This is all cloud based so it can be accessed from anywhere. There is also an app available which I have not used but my employees have. It is always a simple task to adjust payroll and monitor the data from anywhere.
I have never had an instance of an outage. It is always available as I have added data while travelling, on weekends, and in after work hours. Retrieving pdf's is also available at any time for employees and benefit participants.
The software is very responsive, and I can't say I have noticed any delays due to the software. The payroll integrates well with the benefits and when updating one it generally shows within 24 hours.
