Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We do not currently utilize any of these features, however we might need to going forward. Especially as we consider changes to the employee handbook based on COVID plans.
We utilize the Run platform across the entire company for our employee payroll, time & attendance as well as PTO records. It helps a Human Resources department of one keep up with records and file maintenance. It also allows employees the ease to update personal and tax information on their own accord.
- Payroll submission and support.
- W2 preparations.
- Recording keeping management.
- Timeliness of response to customer service.
- Sales representative changes often.
- Product only meant for small business.
- Positive - Still a time and risk saver on payroll processing.
- Positive - Assistance in COVID reporting for business and loans.
- Negative - Repeated sales representative trying to upsell.
The employee access portal has probably been one of the more beneficial aspects as it has removed the leg work for myself when handling a lot of the personnel administrative work especially for things like direct deposits and taxes. It also helped with the ease of moving hourly employees on to the Time & Attendance platform as they already had seen the access point.
