We are a home health agency and constantly needs employee in order to run the business. We use ZipRecruiter which has been useful in getting some good employees hired. ZipRecruiter has been a useful tool in making the business run smoothly. HR Helpdesk has been solving so many of our questions. Getting a lot out of these.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use RUN for our biweekly payroll. It has made it easier for the business to run smoothly. A lot of employees ask for their paystubs. RUN Powered by ADP has made it easy to download their stuff and print it. A lot of our employees prefer to access their account in ADP to view their paystubs and change their info.

Pros and Cons

Easy to enter employee in ADP System
Pulling various kinds of reports is very easy as it let us customize the thing that I need.
Easy to enter the data for payroll. Easy to to do pay calculation. Its really user friendly.

It would be really easy if we could select the paystubs and download them all at a time. Right now it only lets you download one by one.
There is limited access to the mobile apps. If they could add the features like viewing paystubs.

Employee Self-Service

The employee Access portal offered by Run Powered by ADP is very easy to use. They are able to view their info and make corrections or updates if there are any. They are able to view and print their own paystubs. We have heard several good comments and satisfaction from this portal.

WELL SUITED It is user-friendly and easy to enter data. Pulling various reports has been very easy. The employee can access their account and ADP has made it easy so that they can do so many things on their own. LESS APPROPRIATE It would be better if they could add more features to the app. The Payroll Run app does not support lots of things.
