Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used as our ERP system across the whole organization. It has made closing a lot faster and more efficient. It runs the reports we need and we can customize those reports to our liking and view the numbers we need.
  • Cloud based - It has more space to store information for the company.
  • Efficient - It is very user friendly and easy to train new employees on and there is a help section to use.
  • Fast - It runs reports very fast.
  • Too many add ons - You have to purchase a lot of add ons.
  • Need to utilize budget module - There isn't a good budget module right now.
  • Provide user manual - if there is a user manual it will help with the initial integration.
Yes, because it makes work very easy and fast to do.
The integration is smooth, figuring out how to do it to fit your business is the tricky part.
It works best for medium sized companies.
