Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is used by the office/budget managers and accounting department. Office managers set up PO's and directors approve. Finance and accounting use system for AP, Assets, GL and financial reporting.
Sage Intacct is easy to use, works great and reasonable cost. Nice to have one integrated system.

Pros and Cons

Financial reporting and the ability to create account groups upon setup and write custom financial reports.
Accounts payable and PO process easy and 1099 reporting a breeze.
Easy to implement and maintain.

Need Ship To address on PO's not a custom field as it is difficult to add new office locations.

Return on Investment

Positive ROI of $50,000 due to cost savings of additional required accounting staff.

Usability

Ease of use for all departments.

Support Rating

I have not had to engage customer support for years so I guess that is a good thing! When I do I get immediate resolution.

Automation is as expected since we have been accustomed to these integrated core financial processes. The software works as it is supposed to.

I have used Sage Intacct for four years now. It was easy to implement and offers great functionality. AP and GL work as expected.
Reports are easy to write and maintain. I do not have any areas for improvement except for the Ship To address field on the PO.
There are many functions I could use but do not since my company is not very large.

Best bang for your buck!
