Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

In our organization we use Sage Intacct as [one] of the ERPs we integrated with Accrualify. Sage Intacct is high[ly] recommended to mid size and mid to enterprise level organizations looking for an ERP with all the features which could address their issues. It has a simple UX with integrable modules as per organization requirements. It has good API which does not restrict companies from choosing a third party tailored solution provider like Accrualify. It has a good community built around [it providing] non-exhaustive help along with support.

Sage Intacct has a good Accounts Payable process. It allows us to create automated PO's and create Bills and then match the bills against the items received and make the payments automatically. It has automatic approval workflow which can be set up based on which [of] the bills get auto-approved and created.
We have used mutli-entity module which helps in address[ing] how a company address[es] accounting across multiple subsidiaries. This is cool [and] address[es] the purpose; however, it is not well designed. It is a pain switching between entities in order to enter bills and other stuff at each entity level. However, the reports we work across the entities.
Sage Intacct has a very simple and intuitive configuration in the setting section of the profile. It provides various options to configure modules, integration and administrative configuration which include roles, permission, etc. Each object like Bill, Purchases, and Payment has configuration at its level to set field name and form configurations.

Do you think Sage Intacct delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?

Yes

Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

Yes

Sage Intacct is well suited for mid and mid to enterprise companies. Accounts Payable is robust. Their support is first class. However, it's less appropriate for big enterprise companies to manage their multi-subsidiaries given the fact they need to switch between the companies at hierarchical levels. This is a pain point when a company has a huge subsidiaries count.
