Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use it as our companies financial ERP system. We use it to process and manage our AP, AR, GL and integration with other systems we use to mange our business. We need an automated AP workflow system. Currently we have no real defined approval process and really need one. Hoping to find the best solution for what we need.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to train new users.
- Integration with Excel.
- Ability to customize.
- Prepaid module needs ability to edit coding on a prepaid schedule after it is approved and started. It just needs some flexibility.
- Fixed assets module needs to be more user friendly and additional reporting.
- An AP check run report. There currently isn’t a report that can be run for what invoices are due on any given day. We manage by downloading the aging and make selections from there.
- Efficiency has been improved. 10-15 day close to 5 day close.
- Reduction of staff.
- Able to more work with less people.
We are looking into the AP automation process. Trying to decide if the Intacct solution is robust enough or if we should use a 3rd party vendor. Same goes for AR and financial reporting.
We just purchased the Sage planning Module. We are looking into the payroll feature for long term goals.
