Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I produce Financials, reconcile accounts including bank accounts, pay the bills weekly and support the yearly Audit. I also process and journal entries for Sage Intacct and manage users (IDs/security). I create sales orders and support all purchase orders for the company. We were able to transition to a paperless environment in 2020 and attach all supporting documentation in Sage for journal entries and Invoices.
- Download account activity to facilitate account and bank recons
- Download key reports that produce financial statement in excel
- Attach documents to enable a paperless environment
- The help functionality can be improved with explanations and topics that are clearer.
- Would like to see better formatting of 1099 forms for IRS reporting
- We are able to produce financials that help our organization with key decisions
The downloading capability enables us reconcile accounts, run reports including funding reports.
