Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Sage Intacct to manage purchase approvals by setting up systems for supervisors and managers to allow for input in purchasing decisions. This way we ensure there is an approval process that withstands any donor complaints or requests as well as Audits where we need to ensure our approvals are sufficiently rigorous.

Sage Intacct works well when there are lots of leadups and the approval process can be somewhat extended, but it is not a fast program to use and email tends to be better when the processes are more urgent.
