Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

Our entire sales organization relies on Salesforce.com. It's where we create and view reports, submit orders and use our customer database. We simply wouldn't be around without Salesforce.com. Our Renewals team especially depends upon it to hit our daily goals. We used to use the Classic version, but now use the Lightning version.

  • Systems Integrations
  • Less Complicated User Interface
  • Sales goal attainment capabilities
  • Real-time reporting
  • Collaboration capabilities
It tends to have system errors in different areas. Our company works with a third-paty support team that assists with systems issues. This can be very bothersome at times. Otherwise, it's fine to use once you learn how to navigate between the various pages and keep all of your accounts in order.
Salesforce.com is more thorough than Siebel. However, its speed isn't as fast. I believe that our company selected to use Salesforce.com because of the multi-level functions it has like database management, reporting capabilites, order management, internal and external communication capabilitie and overall systems integrations to name a few.

Do you think Salesforce Sales Cloud delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Salesforce Sales Cloud's feature set?

Yes

Did Salesforce Sales Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud go as expected?

No

Would you buy Salesforce Sales Cloud again?

No

The Salesforce to Outlook extension is extremely helpful in keeping records updated and organized. It saves so much time over copying and pasting information between systems. It does tend to run slower than expected, so it's not ideal to use when you have to look up answers to customers' questions.
