Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Our use of Salesforce Sales Cloud is for tracking clients and potential clients, including information attached to said individuals. It does what is expected, and the information is presented in an easily consumable fashion. The reminders and overall database structure make it a good tool for staying on top of business conditions.
  • Reminders
  • Tracking clients.
  • Visualizing where the state of the client-acquisition part of the business is going.
  • Sometimes the syncing is less than optimal.
  • I wish I could control the whole thing with my phone, but I'm unsure of any advanced CRM platform with that functionality.
  • I sometimes come across duplicate records.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a positive ROI because it improves customer retention and acquisition.
  • Sales Cloud has been a positive ROI because it makes tracking customer interactions much more accessible.
  • Sales Cloud has been a positive ROI because I can measure the cost of Sales Cloud and the profit from customer acquisition related to Sales Cloud.
I don't think there is a limit to Sales Cloud's scalability; at least, I haven't encountered one or heard of one. My data is not enormous, so perhaps some companies might encounter lags, but nothing from my end. I think I'll be able to use Sales Cloud from now until infinity.
The Einstein integration makes seeing the data much easier, and the visualizations are beautifully simplistic. I think visualization is one of Salesforce's strengths. The way the data is displayed also offers the chance to find insights from the data that may not have been acquired in another way. I think it's a well-thought-out interface.
The thing that puts Sales Cloud above the top is its simple user interface, which is easy to interact with. The visuals and automation are also quite amazing. Given its attention to data and customer relationship management, Sales Cloud is tough to beat. Of course, Microsoft Dynamics integrates nicely with other Microsoft products, and Monday is a tool everyone is familiar with, so it is hard to compete with those.

Do you think Salesforce Sales Cloud delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Salesforce Sales Cloud's feature set?

Yes

Did Salesforce Sales Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Salesforce Sales Cloud again?

Yes

Well, perhaps the easiest situation where Salesforce Sales Cloud is most valuable is for companies that don't already use a CRM system. Sales Cloud is a way to improve your business and increase revenue. For companies that use another system, I'd say Sales Cloud is quite easy to get to know, and users don't complain too much about it.
