Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
[SalesLoft is] currently used primarily by sales team to prospect new relationships as well as maintain and cultivate with prospecting and existing clients.
- Simplicity in setup of cadences.
- Ability to automate and manage campaigns.
- View ongoing interaction of recipients of cadences.
- Would like to have some additional formatting options in emails.
- So far not a ton of new sales, but seeing the relationships looking to cultivate grow as well as maintaining existing.
- Helping us get more diverse in our communication and more consistent.
I haven't done most the communication with Sales Loft as questions have come up, but all feedback from those that have has been really good.

Haven't really used many other systems like this before. Much easier to use than Dynamics, but would really like to see integration, since we have to use Dynamics.
