Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is used in a few ways at my company:
  • Repository for templates and cadences.
  • Automation tool for outreach.
  • Workflow management.
It is very helpful for us to maintain constant messaging among reps and manage multiple cadences for very different products. It also eliminated a lot of redundancies that we had in our data entry.

  • Evaluation of different templates/cadences.
  • Eliminates double data entry.
  • Having trouble uploading CSV files.
  • Used to have prospecting tool - not sure if this still exists or could be brought back.
  • Really don't have any further complaints! The tool is very helpful.

  • Rep productivity has increased.
  • We have had more deals but we have also had more products released since signing on with SL.
Any time I have had an issue there are more than a few contacts that I can reach out to at SalesLoft and they are all happy to help. For instance we were having an issue with uploading CSV files. We reached out to our initial sales contact Blanche Reese and she provided us with articles to help with that. we are still having the issue but I believe it is something on our end.
I found the integration very easy. I have been a part of this a few times now. I know that even the first time I did not have too much of a challenge with this. I think that most of my colleagues would say the same. The hardest part would probably be changing your workflow initially, it is definitely a "rip off the Band-Aid" situation as you need to just make the steps to change initially.
SalesLoft is a much stronger tool than the other tools that we used in the past. I always felt that Pardot and I believe it is called Salesforce Engage were tools that are meant for Marketing and do not have all the things that we need. SalesLoft is definitely a tool that is meant to help one to many communication but has the ability to be useful on a smaller level.
I have been a part of three implementations of SalesLoft. One as just a user and the other two as more of an admin/user. I have always found the tool to be very useful, especially in situations where you are balancing multiple products or lines of business. I even think that it is useful as a method of managing deals along with your day to day outreach.
