Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

My organization had given me an opportunity to select tools for our managing the process of the entire sales organization at our company. I am a user of Salesforce earlier, where i know a very detail about that. We thought of exploring new tools that are there in the market. We have finalized three vendors - Vtiger, Zoho, and Salesmate. Since we already new about Salesforce, we tried this to understand the process of each tool. Frankly, speaking Salesmate stood first when compared to other tools. Why? Ease of navigation, 360 degrees view of your contact, account, deal and activities. Dashboards and Reports are easy to configure. Local admin of the tool can modify the tool without much support from Salesmate. Salesmate had given good demos, knowledge repository and all the necessary tools to manage the complete sales cycle. As a Manager of the tool and also managing a team is really a daunting task to organize things and everyone need one stop shop to look at their activity, updates - This is where Salesmate Dashboards, reports and ease of navigation helped me and my team better organize our day to day tasks. Normally, Everyone for their monthly presentations - They prepare Presentations to show to the management. Here we are using Salesmate and presenting our monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. Thanks to Salesmate.
  • Dashboards - Individual, Team, Management, Reports are easy to configure
  • 360 Degrees View at all levels - Contact, Account, and Deal Module.
  • Task Activity - This is where all your activities are captured - It could be your notes, emails, task, activity related to calls, meetings, Attachments related to that contact, account and Deal.
  • On top of this - All your email communication is synced at all times. So that a user can easily look at his past actions and make a right pitch either to the prospect to the management while you are reporting.
  • Salesmate should give integration with tools like ZoomInfo for database access.
  • Salesmate should allow to integrate with tools like Skype too, instead of using their existing dialers only.
  • Salesmate should add more charts to entice the reports.
  • Using automations which will save 1 hour productivity per day
  • Using Email Templates - Which you can create on your own and able to mass campaigns by using sequences. Email Tracking is very supporting to contact those contacts who have opened, clicked on the links provided. These are really helpful and saves a lot of time.
  • Meeting Scheduler of Salesmate can save the costs of other third party tools like Calendly.
I did brief this at the start itself. Salesmate is a simple tool, which is easy to understand, easy to navigate, easy to automate your own process, easy to configure and execute things without manually feeding it everything with all details. The simple point is - Email Outlook sync with your leads/contacts - you will find all the types of your email conversations that you had - it could be your first email, follow-up, meetings, notes, everything are synced and can be seen on one single window. Simple tool which provides Omni-Channel Experience. I highly recommend this tool for small, mid and large teams. Definitely, everyone, who is using this tool - will fall in love to use it on regular basis.

It made my job easier. Enabling me to look after my team's performance, reporting is easier. Anytime, if anyone is asking for any particular or detailed data - it is easy to pull and share that information for there quick review. Also enabled to guide my team properly which allowed me to identify the potential gaps to achieve the desired targets set for the team.
In my experience, Salesmate support team is very supportive in terms of their response. While using the tool, you can click on the question mark and your support chat opens up and you could resolve any queries that you have, where the response time is 2 mins, which is the ideal scenario. They also have extra tools, knowledge center to support or to learn about how to use the tool. In particular, I really appreciate the salesperson with whom I worked out while purchasing this tool - Very supportive, informative and ideal sales person to speak with. He supported entire year whenever there is a query, he uses to respond in a timely manner and became a problem solver or go to person for me.
I think Salesmate is really well suited to report your work that you have done. For example, starting from the contact, creation and its related tasks which you have made while nurturing that contact, account is created when convert the contact or company into an opportunity. At this point, whatever tasks that are made from the date of contact, creation to till the closure of that particular opportunity can be seen in a single window.

As a manager - managing the team - I could clearly see the performance of my team by visiting their individual dashboards and at the same time, if required i could get into details of the opportunity. Here it is eliminating the interaction of my reportee everytime, where i could see his performance and enabling me to guide him.
