Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur is being used to manage our official tours. HR has provided employees access to SAP Concur for booking official trips and to reimburse our travel expenses. SAP Concur has simplified this process. Earlier, employees has to inform HR for travel and hotel booking with dates and place details. Further, we had to submit HOD approval sheet along with all the official tour bills for reimbursement to HR. SAP Concur has simplified this tedious process.

We have not used any other product for travel and expense management. Earlier this process was manual through HR and Accounts department. SAP Concur now makes the bookings and reimbursements process online and easy for us. SAP Concur also keep track and records of all expenses done. Therefore, it helped our teams to manage financials.
In our organization, we are using SAP S/4 Hana. It is integrated with SAP Concur. We are using finance, ware house management, procurement and Human resources module. Integration of different modules with SAP Concur has made overall financial managment task easier and it brought up everything under one umbrella.
Before SAP Concur, travel and hotel booking and the reimbursement of all expenses was a manual and tedious process. Many employees used to generate fake bills which resulted in financial loss for the organization. SAP Concur has prevented all the malpractice and saved a lot of revenue. Tracking of bookings and expenses and their refund process has also now become easier for the accounts department.
From the perspective of an employee, SAP Concur has simplified the overall process of official tour booking, bill submission, claim tracking and reimbursement. It allowed us to focus on our core job instead of follow-ups. Moreover, it also allowed us to book from anywhere as SAP Concur is integrated with our official portal.
