Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur to record and categorize expenses and also to complete expense reports. Receipt images are captured and upload to SAP Concur as well. Employee expense report submissions go through a workflow for review and approval by the employee's manager and then by our accounts payable team. We also use it to book corporate travel through a partner such as AMEX global business travel.

SAP Concur is easier to use than Zoho Expense. It provides better and more advanced features along with being easier to learn and use. Similar process were taking more time to complete through Zoho.
SAP HANA S/4. able to seamlessly generate journal entries through integration from SAP Concur to SAP HANA. This has been a game changer for our accounting team.
The automated approvals when items are under certain thresholds has been very efficient. Employees no longer dread doing their expense reports now that we have implemented SAP Concur. The mobile app is good but there is still room for improvement. The travel integration with AMEX has been stellar and has saved us time and money.
SAP Concur offers a very easy process for looking up flights, hotels, rental cars, and more. This data can feed directly into an expense report once travel has been booked. Employees and admins alike have been loving the software as it is easy to use, fully featured, and has saved a ton of time with expense tracking and reporting.

SAP Concur is extremely well suited for categorization of expenses, creation of expense reports, and customized worfklows that may route to various different teams based on expense thresholds and types. The mobile app makes it easy to capture receipt images. It is also well suited for corporate travel booking/planning including hotels, rental cars etc. I have almost nothing negative to say about SAP Concur as it is a great solution.
