Review of SAP Litmos

We use SAP Litmos for internal training as well as for our client facing training portal. We have found client training is the clearest indicator to predict client success using our product, so we also offer incentives for training completion. Internally it's a tremendous timesaver. Training completion is clearly reported, and employees have access to re-watch videos at any time they need additional resources or don't feel prepared on a topic. The overall level of basic knowledge across employees has improved since there is less information slipping through the cracks in face-to-face trainings that are often led by different individuals on a quarterly basis.
