Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

We use SAP to maintain sales pipeline details. The details include information like previous interactions and discussions, package offering to potential clients. These details also helps other stakeholders in the organisation to get accurate data about the potential customers. With all the data, sales forecasting is easier. Data such as new leads, quotes shared, current stage etc are maintained. SAP makes the data much easier to organize and analyze.

  • SAP has surely resulted in a positive ROI by saving a lot of time and hassle as well.
We update our individual SAP accounts regularly to maintain correct sales data. Customer information, product pitched, expected decision time, meetings schedules etc are also recorded for forecasting. This has helped us in simplifying our sales process in simple stages. Our management can also track our sales cycle and comment their inputs.
I find SAP to be very effective and time saving tool for our business. It has improved our overall business acumen in terms of data management.
SAP is very well known platform for sales processes with great feedback from other users. We got the required customization and our needs were fulfilled, hence we selected SAP Sales cloud.

I interact with a lot of customers every week and SAP helps me to maintain all my discussion and details with these customers. Entering new lead information, sending quotations multiple times, previous discussions and other information helps me to track all my leads very effectively
