Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

SAP sales cloud is of tremendous use to us and we primarily use it as a Sales CRM in our organization. The main business use case for us with SAP sales cloud is the lead data and information that we are able to manage through it. Also, different sales process and stages like POC building, Quotation raising, and demo metrics can be easily tracked using SAP sales cloud. Overall, our entire sales and marketing process is streamlined and automated.

  • Sales data insights and recommendations are very much detailed and insightful
  • Different default templates and guidelines for sales email campaigns is very good and helpful
  • One area of concern is the many data silos that are present within SAP sales cloud
  • While creating filters for accessing sales lead reports, the accuracy is missing sometimes.
  • The product is quite vast and a lot more learning material and knowledge base documents are required.

With the help of these integrations, our entire sales process has been made much more efficient and quicker. Our sales cycle has drastically reduced and we are able to plan and forecast better. Additionally, SAP sales cloud help us prioritize hot potentials which has helped us reduce redundancy. Also, integration with LinkedIn Sales navigator has enabled us to get more visibility into each customer.
One the best things with SAP sales cloud, apart from the stable CRM, is the detailed and easily customizable sales and leads reports. A lot of in depth analysis can be done with the data provided in the reports. We get a 360 degree account insights which makes the entire sales process much more efficient. Also, the dashboards can be made performance focused which is more insightful than data based dashboards.

Customer data management and product quotation administration are some of the best features of SAP Sales Cloud. With the default templates that are available, we can easily introduce many different touch points to the leads and customers to always stay in contact with them. The integration with LinkedIn sales navigator has also been very much helpful to directly populate the leads information.
