Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We had a problem with the previous software, because it did not give us a modern platform to be able to manage the collaborators, so we decided to move the entire organization to SuccessFactors.
  • A great mobile application that allows staff self-management.
  • A web platform, clear and that helps to know your status at all times.
  • It helps us to manage the training in a clear way for everyone.
  • Some menus are confusing for staff.
  • Access to payroll receipts is complicated.
  • I would like to have personalized alerts for development opportunities.
  • I would like to be able to deliver virtual badges that are visible in the public profile as an incentive.
  • Clarity in personnel selection processes.
  • Team time management.
We selected SAP SuccessFactors for being a modern solution focused on personnel management, also for the integration it has with ERP.
We have had excellent experiences with support at all times.
