Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Many issues with replication to S/4HANA. We are still hybrid with payroll, time & attendance still in S/4 so all data in EC needs to replicate.

  • Continuous improvement of functionality
  • User experience overall is standardized
  • Moving people around - would be nice to have drag and drop capability
  • Org charts are very difficult to download and nearly impossible to print with such small amount of data allowed
  • Reporting capability for cross-functions still needs improvement
  • Definitely improved user experience (internal and external)
  • Automation of previously manual processes
  • Improved reporting capability (and ability to automate them)
As I stated previously we have numerous issues with replication to our S/4HANA environment (where we still run pay). We have had several issues where integration is not possible (e.g. ability to auto importing mass deduction files). Since time and attendance is still in S/4, would be great to be able to get at least some of that data into EC.
Global Assignments and concurrent hires generally cause us some sort of issue and require manual effort. Would be great to get that addressed to further automate and allow us to rely on the system more.

SF has a great user interface - very user friendly. The new home page makes the user experience very familiar (and more meaningful with custom links allowed for various user roles). SF is great for large organizations, with both internal and external employees.
