Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is an excellent solution for our firm's recruiting, onboarding, and growth initiatives. The ease of use for our users and streamlined integration for our systems administrators has improved our varied workflows in a number of areas such as human resources, IT development and operations, and employee retention for many of our unique teams.

As an organization very highly intertwined with a large variety of other SAP, SE enterprise software products and suites, the systems administrations team along with the software engineering team, which includes myself, we have found it very easy and satisfying to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with our other enterprise systems including SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP HANA.

SuccessFactors is well suited for a very large variety of different scenarios. The vastness of integration will greatly vary from firm to firm. This variation will depend on the approximate size of your organization, in terms of the number of people that are employed. Larger firms will likely take full advantage of SuccessFactors.
