Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I am end user and I find it very easy to use. I do my review and my time tracking there . I can view my compensation as well. I like that everything is in one place and very easy to find things and to use. My usage doesn’t go beyond that.

  • When doing vacation it would be nice to see on the same screen how many hours I have instead of going back

As an employee who is using it only for time keeping and performance I don’t have much of an exposure to it to be able to comment ………
I have heard good things from team that is utilizing it more but I don’t have enough detail to comment on it
We are utility company that provides water and electricity only to our state . All our activities are done in state of Arizona , so any global improvements don’t have much impact on us . I
SAP Concur is good tool but it has some improvements to do as friendliness to use it . It still gives me issues with submitting the form and makes me do things over and over again

Yes

I think for end users it is easy place to navigate in. It makes it easy for us to find what we need very quickly and maneuver around . It really is one stop shop for all of us and our lives are much easier . I don’t use it for many things so I can’t think of scenarios where it is less suited
