Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use LMS to centralize training offerings and track what our associates are completing, for both professional development and compliance purposes. We also use Jam to provide an informal learning option where learners can get information quickly and collaborate with others.

There is definitely ease in integrating but often there are gaps in additional integration pieces,
When we integrated Jam, we had a lot of assistance and hands on guidance.
