Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

The implementation of employee central was pivotal for our company. It allowed us to significantly increase our data integrity and provide structure to our HR foundation data. We moved to a focal Appraisal process when we move to the performance module and now provide employees with on time appraisals 99% of the time. The compensation module saved hours and hours of work previously spent on creating complex spreadsheets for both the merit process and the incentive process.

Does not integrate well with SFSF LMS.
It been over 6 years we used a third party and it seemed to be effective.
Employee Central was the differentiator.

Completing the merit and incentive processes are great. The learning admin side is cumbersome, labor intensive, non-intuitive, and just has major functionality issues around retraining.
