Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

In my organization, we use SAP SuccessFactors for managing shift schedule, leaves and attendance checking of my reportees. also to manage their profile and payroll. we use it for performance management purpose also. we use it for goal and KRA management to set goals and also to manage and update completion of goals by employees which can help to evaluate their performance.
  • Employee self service (attendance check, leave apply etc.)
  • Leave Management (apply, approve and manage leaves)
  • Performance and Goal (Goal setting and performance management for appraisal of employees)
  • Enhance UI of Goal and Performance Management
  • Leave applied during the year not showing in manager which can be improved. manager can see only leave balance.

SAP SuccessFactors can manage Human resources like their leaves, attendance, which can help to manage their pay rolls and it helps to set goal of employees and track the same whether they are met or not which can help to evaluate their performance. ultimately pay roll and appraisal of employees can be managed which can be integrated with SAP server (HANA) which we use for our organization so one can estimate the cost of product which is being produced in their organization.
although i was not involved in implementation or decision of purchase of this software but i can surely say that we were already using the SAP HANA server for our cloud service and portfolio management of company so integration of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA might have quite easy as both are from same parent company.

Anyone who want one stop solution for Employee management, Leave management, Payroll management and Goal setting and performance management with a reputed and renowned brand like SAP can blinfdy go ahead with SAP SuccessFactors. one one thing i felt missing is they should add provision to see leave applied by employees during the calendar period so it can help to managers.
