Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Screenconnect is a great way to handle remote support calls. It literally saves me hundreds of dollars in gas/car/dry cleaning fees. I have used quite a few remote session solutions and everyone of them took 30-60 seconds to connect. It always ended up with me telling a client (politely) to wait. Screenconnect has me working on a desktop within 5 seconds of joining the session. It is extremely fast. The commands to reboot, change resolution, notes, etc., are right at my fingertips.

Anytime I need support from Screenconnect it’s a quick chat session away (I have not tried the phones as I prefer chat). It is far less expensive than other solutions I have used - a real bargain and they are a great partner to my business model.

  • I believe that screenconnect has saved my organization money in lowered operating costs of vehicles
I mentioned earlier I tried GotoAssist, Logmein, NTR Support - All had cumbersome interfaces, slow connection start times. Screenconnect is fast!
Its a great product for remote tech support - that is my main field.
