Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
I use it to do remote support for my various clients. They have small and large issues that need remote IT help. It makes it a lot easier to manage a computer without having to go in the field to troubleshoot most problems. I can either have them connect up remotely with an invitation I send or I can set up anytime access for myself to log in anytime until the problem is resolved...this is great for problems I have to wait for or babysit.

- Connecting Mac computers is challenging
- A remote keyboard for when I need to press certain key combinations or use function keys I don't have on my keyboard

- The cost is reasonable for what you get...it's easy to make up the monthly cost with 1 remote session
- Splashtop, TeamViewer and AnyDesk
MANY others! TeamViewer is by far the best I've used but is EXPENSIVE...splashtop was slow and unreliable, and AnyDesk was feature poor...
