Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We used SeekOut as a method to eliminate unconscious biases the hiring managers that were reviewing resumes would have. The good thing is that it shielded any identifying information that could lead to a bias. Unfortunately, sometimes some of those identifiers would be needed when pushing diversity slates.

- Provided a better slate of candidates
- Alleviated some resume biases
- Perhaps a greater ROI down the line
