Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

Used it to help source candidates and to help with DEI recruiting/sourcing.
  • Diversity sourcing.
  • Get direct emails.
  • easy and simple UI.
  • Does not have all the people like LinkedIn does - I have cross-referenced this with both resources.
  • The search is not so intuitive.
  • Responses rates were poor - was anywhere from 2-5%.
  • Zero hires from SeekOut for all of 2022. We used this as a lone sourcing tool the first half of the year but had to get Recruiter licenses bc we were not doing well with SeekOut.
  • It has given us better searching for diversity, however, when it comes to females and HBCUs.
The support has been good - they have been responsive to whatever is needed. The dedicated CSMs were also very knowledgeable and quick to respond to anything.
SeekOut is one that my organization was already using when I joined. Because I have gotten little ROI on it, I have had to get more Linkedin Recruiter licenses.

Many bounce-back emails and not as many candidates as a LinkedIn search would. The search functionality and filters are not as user-friendly as it seems. I would use this as a complementary tool to LinkedIn and not use it as a primary sourcing tool.
