Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

SeekOut is an intuitive and easy-to-navigate sourcing tool that goes beyond what you'd be able to find using Linkedin Recruiter alone. I've even run the same boolean searches in SeekOut and Linkedin Recruiter and found that SeekOut actually pulled *more* candidates for my review. I also love the Insights feature, which allows me to share relevant data with my hiring managers.

  • When I click on a candidate in SeekOut, I would prefer the link to open the candidate in Linkedin Recruiter instead of just standard LinkedIn.
  • Increased representation of under-represented demographics
  • Easy-to-understand candidate data has been so great to share with my hiring managers. For example, using SeekOut, I can easily figure out how many female candidates located in Brazil have > 5 YOE. This is very helpful when hiring managers push for female candidates with > 5 YOE in Brazil. It's a lot easier to explain the difficulties behind finding this sort of candidate when I have data to back it up (e.g., there are only 60 senior-level female data engineers in Brazil, which is why I haven't been able to provide 100+ candidates).
Honestly, I can't recall if I've ever reached out to Support directly, but every person who I've interacted with at SeekOut has been insightful, friendly, and professional. And helpful!
I sound like a broken record, but the filtering capabilities make SeekOut stand out among all the other sourcing tools I've used. Being able to create searches that are as broad or as targeted as I need them to be is incredibly useful. I also like the UI better in SeekOut - a person who had never used SeekOut before would still be able to figure it out with little-to-no direction. And I think that speaks very highly of any tool or product.

Besides that, I love how SeekOut is continually introducing new highly-useful functionality. I get the sense that SeekOut takes customer feedback seriously. As a customer, I love being taken seriously.

In the world of talent acquisition, I cannot think of any reasons to not use SeekOut. It's been great for technical sourcing, but I have not used it for sourcing within other industries, so I don't know how it might be different in that regard. For tech, it's perfect.
