Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SeekOut is a useful tool to cross reference with LinkedIn when sourcing for unrepresented talent. There have been updates in the tooling that enhanced the power filters when creating a search. There are also talent mapping features that are useful to present reporting metrics to stakeholders when kicking off a new search.

Linkedin Recruiter has access to candidates' most updated information and additional features that indicate candidates' likelihood of responding to an outreach. There is also the option to send bulk outreach messages and other useful organizational features in the Project section.

SeekOut's talent mapping feature has been useful for presenting on the candidate pipeline for particular niche roles across multiple locations. If you are looking to send out bulk outreach messages or tracking metrics of replies, SeekOut is not the best tool for that as this is best suited to do within the LinkedIn website.

You didn't address the issue, was this just a copy and paste? My team also experiences bad data, bounce back emails (sometimes up to 75% of candidates emailed) There is way too many choices for recruiters for SeekOut not to address this problem
