Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Currently, Sendoso is being utilized by our marketing department and inside sales team. We are in the process of expanding the tool into our customer account team. The marketing department utilizes the tool to support sales. Sendoso helps to address pipeline creation and acceleration. As far as pipeline creation, it helps us with door opener conversations, follow-ups and thank-yous. For acceleration, the tool allows us to enhance our relationships with our open opportunities.
- Customer support--dedicated customer success manager that we connect with weekly.
- Ease of use of the platform--easy to navigate and create/make sends.
- Product innovation--I've noticed that the product team continues to make improvements to the tool as well as adding integrations, partnerships, and new functions and features.
- Partnerships/availability of product--the options are pretty endless for what you can send. Between e-gifts and physical gifts, they are connected to many partners and vendors.
- Prescheduled sends--the ability to set a time that you want your send to go out.
- Templates--the template feature is a bit tricky to use; we've had some issues with triggered sends and pre selected templates.
- Increased our number of marketing touches per open opportunity through our pipeline acceleration specific send
- Increased our prospect response rate through e-gifting
We utilized PFL before switching to Sendoso. We made the decision to switch due to Sendoso's automation, integrations, and ease of use.
