Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Sendoso is a valuable tool in our marketing department to reach out to our prospects and existing customers. So much so that it has been implemented with our sales team as well. It is a great platform for connecting with people and offering them something for their acknowledgement and attention. Sendoso has the ability to do this on a larger scale for our big campaigns that reach hundreds and hundreds of people at a time.
- The ability to personalize the messages I send to prospects.
- The dashboard is easy to use.
- The timely manner in which people receive the messages and gifts. Timing is everything!
- How well it integrates with our CRM. This is huge in our department.
- The way it shows up in Amazon ordering saves so much time and effort!
- The organization of the status of Sendoso items that have been sent can be a little confusing. The list can get confusing to track.
- More accessible information about the gifts being sent (i.e., images, quick detail).
- Since I started using Sendoso, the responses to my emails and offerings have increased significantly.
- By our company all utilizing the same platform for sending gifts, we are able to consolidate our efforts and have a very expansive department be on the same page for campaigns.

To be honest, Sendoso is the first product like this that I've used. I'm extremely happy with it and really don't care to look at others. I have seen ads for other platforms that will send items out for companies, but like I said, we are happy with Sendoso, so why change?
