Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
I am part of a Marketing Agency. We use it as a CRM and MAP for ourselves and clients. It lets us track leads and nurture prospects through personalized outbound email and landing page creation. We use the segmentation features a lot to create messages specific to leads that fit certain criteria.
- The customer service is the best. They are helpful and friendly and always available. They're knowledgable of the product and always open to suggestions to improve it.
- The CRM is very helpful for us to keep track of the leads that we are scoring everyday and be able to segment them automatically based on their activity.
- The email templates are extremely easy to use and can be used to create professional designs quickly.
- Sometimes, editing emails can be finicky. The font or sizing will change unannounced, but this is very easy to fix.
- Our team would love to be able to integrate with Google Analytics more easily but have been unable to do so so far.
- A larger variety of templates for landing pages and emails would be welcome!
- Keeping track of ours and our clients lead funnel has been the most important. At a glance you can see how many leads are in different points of the funnel and see the details of the Life of Lead for each individual
- It's much cheaper than other MAPs we'd explored or used in the past. Cutting costs!
- It's nice to have virtually all of our marketing activities in one place. Social media, landing pages, marketing automation, and lead scoring all in one place makes it very easy to jump between all these!
At the end of the day, SharpSpring was cheaper, had better customer service, and a very easy interface with a huge range of capabilities. It also helps that they are always very receptive to our input for new features to add.
