Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

As an agency, we utilize SharpSpring for ourselves and on behalf of our clients. It provides a foundational marketing CRM along with marketing automation, email marketing, lead capture forms, and more. But most importantly, but integrating all these functions in a single platform, it provides a 'life of the lead', which in turn arms business development executives with more information about lead engagement and history so they are better prepared to move the lead through the sales funnel.

  • Not all workflow and automation rules are available; would like to see more options and less workarounds
  • Great for connecting the dots between marketing and sales - Life of the Lead is imperative to sales prioritization.
More cost-effective than HubSpot/Pardot and more marketing and sales automation tools than email service providers like Mailchimp. The combination of the Marketing CRM and Sales CRM in a single platform is critical for many of our clients. The ability to build the "Life of the Lead" and provide that engagement visibility has helped our clients close more business.
Best suited for small and mid-size agencies with emerging and mid-market clients. Pricing is competitive to its major competitors but doesn't have all the same bells and whistles (most of which are not needed by most companies). Great tool for those who want to progress from a more basic email service provider into a more advanced marketing automation platform without breaking the bank.
