Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We primarily use SharpSpring for email marketing. We share newsletter/nurture content 2-3 times per month with our list. We also used it for sales and leads at first, but our boss (who made the purchase decision) found it ‘slowed her down’ and wasn’t intuitive for tracking leads.
- The resend to non openers feature is less nuanced and more straightforward than other tools I’ve used.
- I dislike that so many triggers and features live in separate areas. For example, you have to turn on a ‘resendable’ option in the actual email editor in order to later resend to non openers in Email Jobs, an entirely different tab.
- Almost none of this tool was intuitive, in my experience. Everything I do had to be taught or hammered out through Support.
- I haven’t seen SharpSpring impact our revenue or ability to convert leads.
