Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring to have all of our sales and marketing information in one place. Our entire organization is using it. Sales uses the CRM portion of the tool and gets insights from our marketing efforts to see the journey of the prospect and help identify buy signs and when the lead could potentially be ready to make a purchase. This helps brings our sales and marketing teams into one unit (which is usually challenging). They have insight into the actions each does and they can see the impacts on the lead.

- Our sales manager uses the reporting to check opportunities and ensure they are being followed up.
- Their social media posting is lacking a bit. It doesn't give in-depth look to replies, mentions, etc.
- Their landing page builder, while good, could be better.

SharpSpring is much easier to use and the UI has an intuitive workflow. Everything is in one place without the need to keep adding pieces. Our teams are using the tool and are not confused by it. Then there is the cost difference. We have saved thousands every year by making the switch.
