Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Currently, SharpSpring is being used as a Marketing Automation tool, but we are considering to also use it as our CRM as well. It is mostly being used by the Marketing department, but may be used by Sales in the future.
SharpSpring solves for our need of personalized automated emails and segmented workflows.

  • inability to integrate with reporting tool like TapClicks
  • Better email deliverability
  • Increase in open rates
SharpSpring far exceeded the features offered by Mailchimp. The platform is more robust with better customer care.
This is an excellent tool for B2B business where there is more of a relationship-building and long-term conversion period. I am not sure how strong the tool is for e-commerce businesses, as I have not used it for such a business.
