Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is an essential tool used by all divisions within our organization. A centralized customer contact repository and connected communication automations have become an irreplaceable asset to our daily workflow. Connecting it to our website from a tracking and social platforms is developing insights that are defining who and how we are operating as a team.

Pros

  • Life of the Lead - tracking the customer journey.
  • Forms - allowing data capture to be customized per experience.
  • Email/Marketing Automation - reducing the down time or lag time when communicating with customers.

Cons

  • Email building.
  • Landing page development.
  • Sales optimizer.
  • Positive ROI within 3 months.
  • Email analytics on customer journeys.
  • Sales oversight on nearly 10,000 customers.

We were about to integrate and add Drift's Chatbot to our platform and then SharpSpring launched ChatBots. We are implementing now!
I only say 9 on a scale of 1-10, because there are some companies where a platform like this doesn't work...those the organizations that are not willing to make this a focal point to how they operate. SharpSpring is an all encompassing platform that will drive new leads, improve the customer journey and drive retention, but only if you embrace the tools within the system. If doesn't function for you, you have to put in the work to drive results.
