Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

Employment contracts, for everyone's signatures, especially in election periods. I use at least 2 people's signatures and dates. These are individual documents. Volunteer NDAs to send to new volunteers. I have a print name, signature, date. This is used as a template. Signing invoices for approval. I just use the signature option and CC finance.
  • Does the sending of emails for approvals so we don't have to do it ourselves.
  • Status on signing, such as completed or waiting - and can resend.
  • Using different colors to show each different person.
  • I would like a template that automatically has my boss as the signer and finance as the cc in specific types of docs (which I use the most) so it's very time-consuming.
  • Selecting an email from a signee list does not automatically remove Signer1 that is empty so it creates an extra step.
  • When ordering items in the inbox, once an item has been processed, the filter is removed and I have to reorder it which defeats the purpose of filtering.
  • Once an item is processed, it should be put somewhere else so that it doesn't appear like it needs processing so you can easily move on to the next document.
  • Improved team collaboration because now I can do it instead of the accountant doing it.
  • Reusable templates are great for some things and save us time.
  • Does follow ups or makes it easy for following up which saves us a lot of time.
  • I think the pricing structure should be changed because $20 a month is a lot for very few signatures per month.

If the issues were solved, it's perfect for everything in my opinion. Right now it's good for templates that you can send to various people, but it's not ideal when you have several docs that are sent to the same person(s) and you have to redo the whole receiver(s) over and over again. Also, because of the issues, it's not ideal for large volumes of documents to be processed.

Using SignNow

5 - Finance, IT, Admin. I am not quite sure how many people actually use it.
We are pretty small so we don't really have support. I can usually figure things out by myself, like the others. We would contact SignNow support if required.
  • Invoice approval.
  • Employment contracts.
  • Volunteer NDAs.
  • Invoice approval.
  • Settings for fields.
  • Creating more templates for various things.
We like it and it works ok enough right now and we are used to it.
