Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software
We use Skilljar Customer Education Software as the backbone of our customer education and partner education programs. We build LaunchDarkly Academy, which houses a portfolio of product training courses, videos, and live sessions to help our customers become proficient LaunchDarkly users. We selected Skilljar because of its flexibility, customization, and branding functionality. We're very happy with how easy it is to administer and how fast our team can configure content, run reports, and manage the system.
- Provides a simple catalog structure that is visually appealing using pages, courses, and learning paths.
- Provides a robust back-end / admin site for a team to use without deep technical knowledge.
- Provides a wide variety of integrations and CSS / JavaScript customizations.
- Could use more reporting functionality, like scheduled reports and customizing fields on reports.
- Could use clearer guidance on integrations and common use cases in customer education (i.e., here's how this integration is commonly used, and how other customers use it).
- More consistent product onboarding which allows us to scale more consistently
- Other metrics are TBD, we just launched recently
