Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business
Skype for Business is the primary platform that is being used here to address our clients that are in different parts of the world. I personally believe Skype is a great platform for a business to grow and develop a much better client relations. The whole entire organization uses the application to maintain stable client relations.

- Noise Rectification methods
- The overall price is a bit high.
- Needs constant updates on the UI.
- The calls gets dropped frequently if calls are made for a longer time.
- Multi - functionalities needs more changes.
- Skype simplifies our overall business needs.
- Easy chat with clients has been made possible.
- The clients are happier while using Skype.
Hangouts is also pretty nice except that it breaks down more frequently and the UI is not that pretty cool.
