Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Our whole organization is using Slack for internal conversation and file sharing between organizations. We can solve [any] problem by using slack in our community. we can share big files easily. It has all the feature[s] like calling, messaging, video calling, etc. we can create private and public channels. We can update our status. We can manage notification for that.

- Sharing stuff made easy
- Calling directly from web and from mobile app
- Delete conversations after some days in free version
- Takes heavy load on RAM
- Themes are not great for use
- Slack is surely [giving] return which we had invest in it
- I highly recommend [using] it for the organization
- Pricing is high for the starting use
Slack is widely used in IT organizations. It gives return values of we had [invested] in it. It provides most of [the] features which need in [the] organization like file sharing, chatting, etc. It has many app integration[s] for task management, meeting schedules, etc. UI is not modern but it is easy to use for any employees.
