- Keeping record of messages / threads
- Easy way to managing shared files
Cons
- An "Offline" version when the app experiences an outage
- A way to leave a channel without it notifying everyone
- Recording huddles is not yet a function

- Creating new channels seamlessly
- Ability to invite external users
- Positive: Workflow automations create SUCH a huge improvement in task management
- Positive: Task Management creates a way for individuals and teams to keep track of priority level tasks
- Positive: Being able to schedule alerts and reminders are a feature we use and love
Google Chat isn't as robust and doesn't have enough features to completely replace Slack. We use GChat as an emergency backup if we are unable to use slakc
