  • Love threads
  • Integrations possibilities are endless and can be powerful - only limited by imagination
  • Emails for channels
  • Customised out of the box industry integarted solutions would be great. ie remote work force, call center etc.
  • Integration with other systems (CRM, monday.com etc)
  • Emails for channels make forwarding and spreading information much less spammy
  • reduces email (and lost in email)
  • enhances conversation and reduces down time
  • conversations flow and can be caught up in a much easier time frame
I prefer Slack - integrations are key!

Older colleagues seem to resist and prefer to engage in email... as they are used to that form...
