Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO
We are a product based software company, developed HRMS solution. Before SMTP2GO we were using some other smtp relay solution and the solution was not working as per our business expectations.
Our solution is On-Cloud and all our customers mail-notifications in HRMS work-flow (i.e. Employee Leave notifications & approval, Attendance Regularisation, Travel & Expenses notifications & Approvals, Performance Appraisal notifications & Approvals, Ticketing Tool notifications & Approvals, Scheduler mails notifications etc) are sent by SMTP2GO.
We really appreciate the reliability of SMTP2GO solution, after implementing the SMTP solution the mails are never missed and also the mails are delivered in InBox (not in SPAM folder), also the admin panel is very informative and you get the required reports for further MIS reports.
